CONDITIONS:

1. Due to insurance requirements, table rentals must be only to members of the club. If you are not already a member, you must become a member to rent tables for the Bird Fair.
2. Tables need to be set up and ready for business before 10:00 a.m.
3. No other fund-raising activities are allowed other than those supporting GOCBS.
4. For the protection of your birds, yourself, and the facility, PLEASE clip wings on birds that will be displayed out of the cages.
5. GOCBS reserves the right to refuse applications for table rentals.
6. Space assignment for the fair will be done arbitrarily and at the discretion of the GOCBS officers. Your assigned space must be cleaned at the end of the day. Please put your trash in the bag provided.
7. GOCBS will not be held responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the sale of livestock.
8. Neither GOCBS nor any representative of GOCBS will be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss of any property (personal property, livestock, or equipment) however it may be caused.
9. Prices for an eight foot table (or space) will be $25.00. All payments must be in by April 18th, 2001. (We will use postmark dates, not dates on checks.)
10. All birds are to be kept in the area assigned by GOCBS.
11. Any birds outside of a cage must have a drop cloth.
12. Under no circumstances will birds be allowed in any food areas.
13. Birds are not allowed to fly freely through the mall.
14. No unweaned birds can be sold. All birds must be weaned.

AGREEMENT:
In consideration of the sum of _________ per table, Greater Omaha Cage Bird Society (GOCBS) will lease _____ table(s) to

Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate removal.
